Today was a beautiful fall day!! I wasn’t outside much, but I sure wish I could have been!!
Ok… where to begin?!! Two weekends ago, we had an opportunity to be with our fam! Everyone on mom’s side (except 2 people) were able to come out and visit with us. We had an amazing time, and we comfortably fit 18 people into our house!! It was crazy, but fun :) We got to see cousin Jude for the first time:
And let me just tell you, the picture does no justice to him!! Absolute cutie… wish we could have had longer with him! We had a bonfire with all of the fam (and yes we managed to make a circle around it, it was quite a large circle, tho) and had a lot of fun solving riddles, hehe :)
And we celebrated Aunt Laura’s b-day and had more fun and more fun and more fun!!!! Can you tell I had a great time?! can’t wait to see all of them again at Christmas <3
As far as school and etc. goes… I am still loving Biology!! It has been my easiest subject so far, probably because I enjoy it! Right now we are learning about cells and etc. Lots of fun :)
I’m getting sick of all of the homework and time it takes, but lets look at it this way… I’m almost halfway done!!
I have a lot of other things I could talk about right now, but I’ll save them for another post! However, I absolutely have to share this. We watched this youtube video with our family, and I am hooked. Sand art is sooo cool. If you have never seen this I’m sure you will love it. She uses a giant light box, music, imagination and “sand painting” skills to make the story come alive.
My latest infactuation: sand art.
See if you can figure out the story-line yourself, without me telling you!!
sOoOoOoooo…. over here in the sticks, we are all sickies!! colds have been goin around church and made it to our family. Now everyone is infected (except Andy) with the nasty cold… right on time!!
This weekend the whole Price fam (minus 2) will be staying at our house. Total of 18 people will be here :). That is including our family, of course. It is gonna be great fun and we’re gonna have an awesome time w/ fam!!
So that is what is happening in the Greenfield’s lives right now. Hope all you blog readers are doin great!!
Lately for piano I have been practicing an amazing song! It is Amazing Grace in the setting of Edvard Grieg’s Morning Mood, Peer Gynt Suite, No. 1. I love playing this song. It has been so much fun!! And it is a really beautiful piece, both songs compliment each other very well. Here is a video clip of Morning Mood just in case you have never heard it!
Also, news on the snake! (For Miss Jen!) I never found out what kind she was. She wouldn’t eat anything I put in her terrarium so I decided I really needed to let her go ASAP. I gave her to my friend Bethany to let loose at her house. If I had let Elli loose at my house she most likely would have ended up being killed by some male members of my family, who shall remain nameless :). SoOoOo…. Elli is now enjoying freedom somewhere!
