This song is such an encouragment to me. I have been playing it a lot on the piano lately and it has just become so much more real to me. Let the words sink in and pay attention to the ones I emphasized. Their truths are amazing!!

More fun with the Fitzpatricks :)

Ok, I hope y’all had a great 4th of July!! It was a beautiful day. :) Sorry for the delay on the pictures, I have been extremely busy…. so anywho, here are some more pictures from my trip to the F’s.

Monday we were canning beets… I actually enjoyed it!! They were such a pretty red color… and you know I love red :).

In the afternoon some of us went on a walk down the road. This is Kay.

So on Monday night all of the girls (except for Kay) camped out in the field. We had so much fun. We played some games, and unfortunately did a horrible  job of keeping the fire going :). As Ryan said, we really didn’t rough it!! We still had fun though.

Here is the group picture. We set the camera on a timer and I dashed over there and it turned out fairly well I must say :). I am on the left, Elizabeth is in the middle, Emma is in front of her, and Colleen is on the right!!

In my last post I mentioned that we made cookies… here they are and mmmmmm they were sooooo good!!

I also taught some of the kids how to play Monopoly Deal. Basically it is the card version of the Monopoly board game. In my opinion it is more fun, but that’s just an opinion. Most of them like it!! :) Sorry, I couldn’t resist picking on you Ryan!!

Tuesday night Colleen and I watched Fireproof along with some of the special features. I mean, how can you watch a movie and not watch the special features!!!?!! We had a lot of fun with that.
